I start with daily operations and the task to be solved. I work primarily online, with on-site assessment where needed. You can get in touch about a single process improvement or a technical decision.

I share meeting topics in advance. With the relevant colleagues and suppliers, I clarify how things work, then compare possible solutions and their risks.
You can continue working with the results.
Depending on the task, I deliver a documented assessment, system diagram, plan or testable solution. We review the results and next steps together.
Access is agreed in advance.
We agree in advance on tool use and the involvement of additional specialists. I use AI only where justified, with your approval and on anonymized data.
You decide what comes next.
Your team or existing supplier can continue with the materials delivered. If needed, I can help with planning, technical decisions and implementation. Further tasks are agreed separately.
