CORE SYSTEMSSystems Assessment & Modernization

APPROACH

Understand first. Then design.

A sound technical recommendation requires an understanding of daily operations and the business objective behind the change. I start there and validate the analysis with the people who use, develop and operate the system.

Professionals reviewing a system diagram, with one joining remotely.

From a question to a useful outcome.

01

Initial discussion

We review the business situation, the system and the question to be resolved. We define the scope of the work.

02

Investigation

Through interviews, documents and focused technical investigation, I establish how things actually work.

03

Evaluation

I compare possible solutions and explain the risks, dependencies and additional information needed for the decision.

04

Recommendations and handover

At handover, we discuss the recommendation and next steps together. Automation engagements include a prototype, whose behavior and effort we evaluate before proceeding.

Planned in advance.
Focused on the task.

I share meeting topics in advance so that colleagues can prepare concrete examples for the investigation.

I mainly work online. We arrange an on-site session when observing the process would help. Your existing team and suppliers can also take part in the assessment.

01

Useful outcomes and documentation

You receive diagrams, a technical evaluation, a plan or an automation prototype. At handover, we also discuss how to use these in your work.

02

An agreed scope

I carry out the professional work personally. We agree the task, schedule and availability in advance, including whether additional expertise is needed.

03

Confidential data handling

We agree access and tool use in advance. I only send confidential client data to external AI services with explicit approval. If the task or data handling conditions require it, I work without AI tools.

Let's discuss the next step.

In a 30-minute conversation, we review your situation, objectives and where I can help.
